  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service for more than 48 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription (first-time users only)
  • Service not meeting advertised features or functionality

2. Refund Timeframes

Different refund policies apply based on your subscription type:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • 7-day money-back guarantee for new users
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Pro-rated refunds for technical issues lasting more than 48 hours

Annual Subscriptions

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for new users
  • Pro-rated refunds available up to 90 days from purchase
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the guarantee period
  • Partial months of service (except for technical issues)
  • Third-party services or add-ons
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
  • Downloadable content or completed practice tests

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  5. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No automatic refund is provided for early cancellation

7. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:
