At AcePrepLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service for more than 48 hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription (first-time users only)
- Service not meeting advertised features or functionality
2. Refund Timeframes
Different refund policies apply based on your subscription type:
Monthly Subscriptions
- 7-day money-back guarantee for new users
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Pro-rated refunds for technical issues lasting more than 48 hours
Annual Subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new users
- Pro-rated refunds available up to 90 days from purchase
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the guarantee period
- Partial months of service (except for technical issues)
- Third-party services or add-ons
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
- Downloadable content or completed practice tests
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant details about technical issues (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Access your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription"
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No automatic refund is provided for early cancellation
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
7. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

- Our decision on escalated cases is final
